Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Custom orders delivery times are dependant on the scope of the work, customers will be notified of delivery times within 3 days of order confirmation.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the capital cities of Australia. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Charlotte Smyth is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Charlotte Smyth is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside Australia but are able to make special allowances if contacted directly prior to ordering through our store.
Return & Exchange Policy
Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
Charlotte Smyth Publishing offers customers a 7 day return period on books and original artworks from the time of the purchaser receiving delivery of the goods should they change their mind once they see the artwork in person.
We understand that when you get your purchase home, sometimes, it just doesn’t look like you thought it would in the space you were thinking of hanging it. Just email us your request to return the art.
All books and artwork must be repackaged as it was when delivered to them and returned to Charlotte Smyth Publishing. The cost of return shipping will be covered by the purchaser and amount refunded once the book or art has been received by us.
If the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund.
Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment.
** The return policy does not apply to Limited Edition prints or custom art orders. These are considered Final Sale due to the nature of the product.
